Delivery

 All orders (no matter how small) are sent via Royal Mail registered delivery. Please be patient and rest assured your parcel will arrive as soon as possible.
LOST OR DAMAGED : Andrew Cadey•Architectural Illustrations cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged during shipping. Risk of loss and damage is passed on to you once the parcel is in the possession of the postal service or courier. If parcels go missing or are returned  as unclaimed – because the address you provided was incorrect or inaccessible, or because you didn't collect the parcel from a delivery depot in time – additional payment will be required to arrange a second shipping.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES : Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Andrew Cadey•Architectural Illustrations does not cover or reimburse these costs. 

Handling Your Print

Each print is carefully prepared upon order. Please note that each print is hand signed, numbered and titled on the reverse of the print, in pencil.

If you order an A4 or A3 print, your print is protected by a card mount and backing card within a plastic sleeve before being placed into a hard backed envelope. If an A2 print is ordered, this includes a card mount and will be carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper before being placed into an A2 card backed envelope. When you receive your order, please make sure you handle the work with great care.

A gift wrapping service is not available. 

Returns Policy

All prints sold by Andrew Cadey•Architectural Illustrations are genuine limited edition prints. As such, returns are only accepted in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue with your artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photographs of the damage so we can review and arrange a return or replacement where appropriate.

Exchanges are not offered, except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Andrew Cadey•Architectural Illustrations.

When returning an approved item, please clearly mark the parcel ‘RETURN’

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit. If you return an order by post, please use a tracked parcel delivery or courier service. 

Refunds Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund (minus P&P charges). To qualify for a refund, the print(s) must be sent back to Andrew Cadey•Architectural Illustrations in their original condition and protective packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Private Commissions

Private commissions will be agreed on between you, the customer, and us. Once a final agreement on the piece has been made, 50% of the final price will have to be paid in advance, before illustrating of the piece begins, and is non-refundable. Once the commission is finalised, you will have to pay the remaining 50% left of the price to allow shipping to happen. Shipping will be tracked and will have to be paid by you. Private commissions do not have the right to withdrawal.
